Church Life Events
Membership Class
To become a member of The Orchard, you must participate in a three-week membership class. The next session will be held at the Arlington Heights Campus from 4–6 pm on the following days:
- Sunday, March 4, 2012
- Sunday, March 11, 2012
- Sunday, March 18, 2012
Submit a completed application by February 19 to participate in the class. (Read the Constitution and By-Laws.) You'll also participate in an interview before being approved by the elders. Contact Claire Bechard, 224.764.4083 with questions.
Baptism
Baptisms are held several times each year, both during the worship services and in a special baptism service. The next baptism will be held on Sunday, March 18, during the worship services. You must complete an application by March 4 to participate. To be added to the list for the next baptism or to submit a completed application, contact Claire Bechard, 224.764.4083.
Child Dedication
Child dedications are typically held in May and November each year. The next child dedication will be held May 13, 2012 during all worship services. Please complete the application and contact Claire Bechard, 224.764.4083, to participate. Parents who are having a child dedicated for the first time at The Orchard are also asked to participate in the Gospel-Centered Parenting class before the dedication.

Semi-Annual Business Meeting
Join us Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 6 PM in the sanctuary at the Arlington Heights Campus. Everyone is invited to attend, but only members can vote on church business.
