The Bulletin Board is a primary source for information regarding ministry-related news items, updates and opportunities at The Orchard. It also is the place for posting congregational life announcements including weddings, showers, and death notices. If you have a notice for the Bulletin Board, email Mariel Schmitt.
Community Threads is holding a Donation Drive June 2, 8am– 3pm and June 3, 8am–2pm at the Arlington Heights Campus. They will be collecting furniture, clothing, housewares, books, jewelry, toys & more. For details call Sue, 847.392.1094.
All are welcome to attend an Open House Reception honoring Linda Hrivnak, who will be retiring from the position of Director of Children's Ministry after 15 years of service. The celebration will be on June 10, 12-2 pm in the Douglas Room at the Arlington Heights Campus.
Ladies and peers are invited to a baby shower for Chelsea Soto, Elena Perdomo's daughter, on May 27, 2-4pm in the Parlor at the Arlington Heights campus. Chelsea is registered at Target and Babies R Us. Gift cards are appreciated as well as any gently-used baby items you think would be helpful.
