Timothy’s Ministry
Sundays, 12:30 pm - bi-weekly
Fellowship Hall, Arlington Heights Campus
Since February 2004, Timothy's Ministry has been dedicated to reaching out with love and compassion to people struggling with homelessness. Join us for lunch and fellowship with our guests from Chicago. We gather together for biweekly potluck luncheons where caring volunteers join together with our guests to offer fellowship, food, clothing, Bible studies, and more. We thank God for orchestrating this ministry and for bringing us together as one family in His love.
We always welcome volunteers to simply join us for lunch and visit, and there is no need to RSVP ahead of time. There are many different ways you can help, including: bringing a dish; staying for lunch and visiting with our guests; helping in the kitchen; in the clothing room; or helping wherever you feel comfortable. If you have a group of 8 or more friends and would like to host an upcoming luncheon, contact Marian Alvarado. Hosting a luncheon simply means that your group provides the basics, including the set-up and clean-up. Our other volunteers can provide whatever else is needed. Visit the Timothy's Ministry website for more information.
