How can you help?
Volunteers are needed to share the love of Christ and to help in a variety ways. Specific needs include:
- Summer Suppers Volunteers: We will serve a healthy, hot, home-cooked meal and extend warmth and hospitality around the table. We need volunteers to prepare food, serve the meal, host a table and clean up following the meal.
- Thanksgiving Dinner Volunteers: Thursday, November 28, 2019. See list of needs here and sign up to serve. We invite you to be a part of this wonderful outreach. We need people to prepare food as well as people to serve on Thanksgiving eve and day.
- Thursdays, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.: Share lunch and fellowship with guests. Prepare food, serve the meal, and clean up following the lunch.
- Thursdays, 1:30–5 p.m. (Shift 1): Meet with guests to provide emergency relief. Training provided.
- Administrative Help: Help with communication, records, meeting prep and follow up for 2-3 hours a week. Basic computer skills needed.
- Resource Team: Volunteers with a background in social work, legal services, homelessness, job training, family counseling or financial counseling are needed to provide consultation to the ministry.
